Gizlilik Politikası — The Dervish

OSMAPP tarafından geliştirilen The Dervish (paket adı: com.Osmapp.TheDervish) ücretsiz bir Android uygulamasıdır. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamanın hangi bilgileri kullandığını, bu bilgileri neden kullandığını ve kullanıcıların sahip olduğu seçenekleri açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Kullanılan Bilgiler
Konum Bilgileri
The Dervish, namaz vakitlerini hesaplamak ve kıble yönünü belirlemek amacıyla cihazınızın yaklaşık ve kesin konum bilgilerini kullanabilir.
Konum bilgileri mümkün olduğunca yalnızca cihazınız üzerinde işlenir ve OSMAPP tarafından işletilen herhangi bir sunucuya gönderilmez veya tarafımızca saklanmaz.
Konum iznini vermek istemiyorsanız, uygulama içerisinde şehrinizi manuel olarak seçebilirsiniz.
Kullanıcı Tarafından Girilen Profil Bilgileri
Uygulama içerisinde kullanıcı tarafından girilen cinsiyet, yaş veya e-posta adresi gibi profil bilgileri, ilgili özelliklerin kullanılabilmesi amacıyla cihazın yerel depolama alanında tutulabilir.
Bu bilgiler OSMAPP'a veya üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez. Uygulama kaldırıldığında veya uygulama verileri temizlendiğinde bu bilgiler cihazdan silinir.
Uygulama Ayarları ve Kullanım Verileri
Uygulama ayarları, namaz takip kayıtları, zikir veya diğer etkinlik kayıtları, yer imleri, okuma konumu ve seçilen tema gibi bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanabilir.
Bu bilgiler OSMAPP tarafından işletilen bir sunucuya gönderilmez.
Ses Dosyaları
The Dervish, kendi ezan sesinizi seçebilmeniz amacıyla cihazınızda bulunan uygun ses dosyalarına erişebilir.
Bu dosyalar yalnızca cihazınızda oynatılmak amacıyla okunur ve OSMAPP sunucularına yüklenmez.
İnternet Bağlantısı
Uygulama; Kur'an-ı Kerim ses kayıtları ve diğer çevrim içi içerikleri almak, gerekli hizmetlere bağlanmak ve reklamları göstermek amacıyla internet bağlantısını kullanabilir.
2. Kişisel Verilerin Saklanması
OSMAPP, The Dervish uygulaması için kendi kişisel veri sunucularını işletmemektedir.
Uygulama içerisinde yerel olarak saklanan kullanıcı verileri cihazınızda tutulur. Bu veriler OSMAPP tarafından uzaktan erişilemez veya tarafımızca başka amaçlarla kullanılmaz.
3. Reklamlar ve Reklam Kimliği
The Dervish, reklam göstermek amacıyla Google AdMob hizmetini kullanmaktadır.
Google ve reklam ortakları, reklamların sunulması, kişiselleştirilmesi ve ölçümlenmesi amacıyla aşağıdaki türde bilgileri işleyebilir:
Android Reklam Kimliği (Advertising ID / AAID)
IP adresinden elde edilen yaklaşık konum
Cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri
Reklamlarla olan etkileşimler
Reklam performansını ölçmek için kullanılan benzer tanımlayıcılar
Bu işlemler Google'ın kendi hizmet şartları ve gizlilik politikaları kapsamında gerçekleştirilebilir.
Reklam kimliğinizi Android cihazınızın ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz. Ayarların konumu cihaz üreticisine ve Android sürümüne göre değişebilir. Genellikle Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar bölümünden ulaşılabilir.
4. GDPR / AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre Kullanıcıları İçin Rıza
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı (AEA), Birleşik Krallık veya İsviçre'de bulunan kullanıcılar için, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmeden önce Google'ın User Messaging Platform (UMP) sistemi aracılığıyla gerekli rıza alınır.
Kullanıcılar sunulan seçenekler aracılığıyla:
Rıza verebilir,
Rızayı reddedebilir,
Tercihlerini ve reklam amaçlarını yönetebilir.
Rızanızı daha sonra uygulama içerisindeki Ayarlar → Gizlilik Ayarları bölümünden değiştirebilir veya geri çekebilirsiniz.
Rızanın geri çekilmesi reklamların tamamen kaldırılması anlamına gelmez. Bu durumda, uygun olduğu ölçüde kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlar gösterilebilir.
GDPR kapsamında kullanıcıların kişisel verilerine erişme, verilerin düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, işlemeye itiraz etme ve ilgili veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma gibi hakları bulunmaktadır.
The Dervish içerisinde yerel olarak saklanan veriler için kullanıcılar uygulama verilerini temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak bu verileri cihazlarından silebilir.

Kur'an-ı Kerim ses kayıtlarının çevrim içi olarak sunulması amacıyla EveryAyah.com hizmetinden yararlanılabilir.
Bu hizmete yapılan internet bağlantılarında, diğer internet isteklerinde olduğu gibi cihazınızın IP adresi karşı tarafa iletilebilir.
6. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik
The Dervish tarafından cihaz üzerinde saklanan uygulama verileri, uygulama cihazınızda yüklü olduğu sürece tutulabilir.
Uygulamayı kaldırmanız veya uygulama verilerini temizlemeniz durumunda bu yerel veriler cihazınızdan silinir.
OSMAPP tarafından bu verilerin sunucular üzerinde yedek bir kopyası tutulmaz.
Bununla birlikte, Google AdMob, Google Play Services veya EveryAyah.com gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetleri tarafından gerçekleştirilen veri işleme faaliyetleri kendi gizlilik politikalarına ve uygulamalarına tabidir.
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
The Dervish, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır.
OSMAPP, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz.
Bir çocuğun uygulama aracılığıyla kişisel bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsanız, aşağıdaki iletişim adresinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
8. Gizlilik Politikasındaki Değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir.
Politikada yapılan değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanacak ve sayfanın üst kısmındaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilecektir.
Uygulamanın kullanımına devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

OSMAPP built The Dervish (package name: com.Osmapp.TheDervish) as a free Android application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, why it uses it, and the choices available to users. By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information the App Uses
Location Information
The Dervish may use your device's approximate and precise location to calculate prayer times and determine the Qibla direction.
Location information is processed on your device where possible and is not transmitted to or stored on any server operated by OSMAPP.
If you do not want to grant location permission, you can manually select your city within the application.
Profile Information You Enter
Information that you voluntarily enter into the application, such as gender, age, or email address, may be stored in the local storage of your device for the relevant application features.
This information is not sent to OSMAPP or third parties. It is deleted from your device when you uninstall the application or clear its application data.
App Settings and Activity Data
App settings, prayer-tracking records, activity records, bookmarks, reading position, selected theme, and similar preferences may be stored locally on your device.
This information is not transmitted to a server operated by OSMAPP.
Audio Files
The Dervish may access compatible audio files stored on your device so that you can select your own adhan sound.
These files are accessed only for playback and are never uploaded to OSMAPP servers.
Internet Connection
The application may use an internet connection to retrieve Quran recitations and other online content, connect to required services, and display advertisements.
2. Storage of Personal Data
OSMAPP does not operate its own personal-data servers for The Dervish.
User data stored locally by the application remains on your device. OSMAPP does not remotely access or use this locally stored information for other purposes.
3. Advertising and Advertising ID
The Dervish uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:
Android Advertising ID (AAID)
Approximate location derived from your IP address
Device and application information
Interaction with advertisements
Similar identifiers used for advertising and measurement purposes
Such processing may be performed under Google's own terms and privacy policies.
You may reset or delete your advertising ID through your Android device settings. The exact location of these settings may vary depending on your device manufacturer and Android version. It is generally available under Settings → Google → Ads.
4. Consent for GDPR / EEA, UK and Switzerland Users
For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request the required consent before personalized advertising is displayed.
Users may:

Manage their advertising preferences and purposes.
You can later change or withdraw your consent through Settings → Privacy Settings within the application.
Withdrawing consent does not necessarily remove advertisements. Where applicable, non-personalized advertisements may continue to be displayed.
Under the GDPR, users may have rights including access to their personal data, requesting correction or deletion, restricting processing, objecting to processing, and lodging a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
For data stored locally by The Dervish, users can delete such data by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application.

EveryAyah.com may be used to provide Quran recitations through the internet.
As with any internet request, requests to this service may include your IP address.
6. Data Retention and Security
Application data stored locally by The Dervish remains on your device while the application is installed.
When you uninstall the application or clear its application data, this locally stored information is deleted from your device.
OSMAPP does not maintain a backup copy of this locally stored information on its own servers.
However, data processing performed by third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Play Services, or EveryAyah.com is subject to their respective privacy policies and practices.
7. Children's Privacy
The Dervish is not directed at children under the age of 13.
OSMAPP does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will be updated accordingly.
